A few gentle reminders…..
Please let us know if you are expecting a visitor, together with a name and telephone number of who to contact when your visitor arrives. Please bear in mind that visitors often arrive early, so please pass the information to us in good time.
If you are inviting a visitor to a meeting at the City Campus, please do ensure you let your guest know that the meeting is taking place at the City Campus, with full details of how to reach the City Campus, either on foot from St John’s Campus, by car with local car parking arrangements, or by train from Worcester Foregate Street. A full series of maps are available on the University website. If you are inviting a visitor to a meeting at The Garage, please also give full details of how to reach The Garage.
Please ensure your contact details on the University Contact system are up to date – with your room number, Job Title and telephone extension.
For new Members of Staff, please come and meet us! It is always good to put a face to a name.
We would like to take this opportunity to invite you again to come and spend some time with us, at a time to suit you! New and longer standing members of Staff would be very welcome to come and see the work of the University from Reception on St John’s Campus, and we offer an open invitation to come and join us. This also helps to have a feel for the type of queries that we receive and the range of telephone calls we take.
Just email us on reception@worc.ac.uk to let us know when you would like to join us. If we receive a large number of requests for the same time, we will contact you directly. We look forward to meeting you.
