Timetable preparation for 2015/16 is now underway, and once again we are requesting key information from you for planned university events for the next academic year.
For the purposes of this exercise, we have classified the following as ‘planned’ university events (this list is not exhaustive):
Board of Governors & its Sub-Committees
Worcester Week Activities
Induction for professional courses
Please note: this system is designed ONLY for Planned Events such as those stated above. It is not to be used for any adhoc bookings and any that are not classified as a planned event will be returned to you. If you are unsure whether your event comes under the planned events umbrella please let us know and we can advise.
This applies to events between Monday 31st August 2015 and Sunday 28th August 2016.
By submitting your requests for rooms at this time will greatly enhance your chance of getting your preferred room and times.
When we are entering your request on to our system we will advise you of any potential problems, or if we are unable to fulfil your request. Final room allocations will be confirmed during w/c 20th July.
We would be grateful if you could complete the attached form and return to email@example.com by Friday 15th May 2015 at the very latest to ensure that all bookings can be incorporated into the annual timetabling exercise. Please note that these bookings supersede any requests you may have made to us previously.
