Simply Run

Want to get active? The University, in partnership with the County Sports Partnership will be running a weekly running programme, based on ‘couch to 5k’. This is designed for complete beginners or people who want to run recreationally to progress to running a full 5k by the end of the programme. The programme will be ran by an instructor and will progress each week designed to get just about anyone off the couch and running. Also it is completely free!

This will take place on the University of Worcester, St Johns Campus, Sand-filled Astro turf. The programme runs every Monday 5-6pm.
