Charity dog walk

As some of you know, I am heavily involved with fundraising for RSPCA (Kidderminster & /District).

After a successful bid, we were chosen to host a Big Walkies event in the local area. The RSPCA Big Walkies is a national dog walking event, which takes place all over the country and our event will be the only one taking place in Worcestershire.

Our event takes place at Wyre Forest Visitors Centre, near Bewdley on Sunday 25th September 2016 – 10.30am.

The walk is either 3km or 5km through the Wyre Forest and the entry fee is £10.00 for you and your dog. Additional dogs will be charged £5.00 to enter. Each dog will get a doggie bandana to wear on the day and will be presented with a doggie goodie bag on completion of the walk, including rosette and certificate. On registration, you will be sent a sponsorship form and will be encouraged to raise sponsorship, as all proceeds from sponsorship will go to the branch to help animals in the local area.

If you can’t take part in the walk, maybe you could volunteer instead? We are currently looking for marshalls, guides, stallholders to help out on the day.

Thank you

Kind Regards
