Students studying dance at the University are putting on an original piece of dance theatre at The Hive. Trickster is a highly interactive and fun piece that tells the story of three tricksters myths from around the world. Coyote, Anansi the Spider and Crow have hatched a plan to turn all the little boys and girls into bees and butterflies and it’s up to them to try and out-trick the tricksters and get turned back.
Choreographed by our very own Dr Paul Golz and the students themselves, Trickster takes a journey around The Hive so expect to climb through tunnels, hide in book-shelves, dance a hoe-down and generally have a fantastical adventure.
Aimed for kids from 6-10 and adults who love stories.
