The summertime special will run throughout July & August at the McClelland Centre every Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 7.45 – 8.30am. Classes are free to UW fitness suite members, £3 to non-members who can use PAYG (pay as you go). The 45 minutes session will enable participants to train in a variety of different fitness classes that will rotate on a weekly basis. These will include supervised gym sessions, circuit training, Pilates, body weight workouts, dyna-band workouts, power walking/ running sessions.
