The University receives a huge amount of deliveries each day, both from Royal Mail and other couriers.
It has become apparent recently that an increasing number of parcels do not have full and clear information regarding the intended recipient and often are simply addressed as “University of Worcester”.
Can we politely request that, when placing orders, you ensure that the delivery details you give include your full name and/or your department/institute.
With immediate effect, any parcels which arrive without specific addressee information will be rejected upon delivery.
