Stroll or Stride – An 8-week Power Walking Programme
(As part of a University of Worcester Dissertation research)

Each week you will:

  • Learn about the mechanics of walking.
  • Progressively increase the duration and intensity you walk at.
  • Meet new people and socialise in a group
  • Get fitter while exercising outdoors & in a friendly environment

You will:

  • Be required to answer three simple questionnaires and undertake a simple physical health assessment. This will be done on weeks 1, 4 and 8.

Programme begins: Wednesday 28 February 2018, 9 – 10.15am

All sessions start from: the UoW McClelland Centre for Health & Wellbeing
