British teenage girls and the normalisation of sexual violence
British teenage girls are increasingly bombarded with messages which normalise the sexualisation of young females. This has led to significant issues, including the sexual harassment and abuse of increasing numbers of teenage girls. Through the exploration of seventeen teenage girls’ narratives, this paper will highlight these issues and key opportunities for practical intervention. Everybody welcome.
