Timetabling have been working closely with ICT to develop a new online planned events system for 2018-2019 academic year requests.
The new planned events system will go live w/c Monday 11 June 2018 and will be available to members of staff via the staff portal. Staff will have 4 weeks to input all planned event requests.
Once the system is live, an all users email will be sent to staff. This will include further detailed instructions and user guidance notes to help staff submit their requests.
