Pilates Six Week Introductory Course

Here at the McClelland Centre we have developed a 6 week introductory course to Pilates. It is aimed at beginners who want to learn the basics and provides many benefits such as managing back pain, improving posture, alignment, range of mobility and body tone as well as helping to manage stress effectively.
