Here at the McClelland Centre we have developed a six week introductory course to Pilates that starts on Thursday 2 May. It is aimed at beginners who want to learn the basics and provides many benefits such as managing back pain, improving posture, alignment, range of mobility and body tone as well as helping to manage stress effectively.
