OneDrive Basics

Overview; this course is suitable for those with little or no prior knowledge of OneDrive for Business. It is a practical course and will take place in a computer lab. We will cover the basics of one drive for business, why we use OneDrive, data security, how to log in, uploading/downloading, creating files/folders, deleting and recovering items.
Participants; all members of staff who have completed their Information Security Awareness training.
Learning outcomes; at the end of this course you will be able to login to OneDrive, upload/download documents and files, create files/folders, delete and recover items.
Prior experience required; none required.
Preparation before the session; none required.
Future opportunities; OneDrive Sharing, OneDrive Scenarios, Encryption and BitLocker.
