The IT Service Desk online portal is getting a facelift with a refreshed interface and added functionality.
New buttons have been added to make it easier for staff to place certain types of request, particularly for obtaining authorised access for certain systems and services.
This is part of our commitment to continually evolve our services to you, with further improvements to follow.
