Powerwalking Course at McClelland Centre

The McClelland Centre is excited to announce our brand new 6-week course: Stroll or Stride. This course is designed to help you learn how to powerwalk your way to better health & wellbeing.

Each week you will:

  • Learn how to powerwalk
  • Improve your fitness, health and wellbeing
  • Be in the great outdoors!
  • Get motivated to move
  • Set yourself personal goals
  • Develop your own programme
  • Meet new people
