Register now for a beautifully packaged pamper box filled with indulgent treats and unique keepsakes. Items in the box will be handmade by the Communications and Admissions teams and will be ready for gifting just ahead of Mother’s Day on Sunday, 19 March.
How does it work?
Email us as soon as possible to let us know how many boxes you would like to request. We’ll start building your box. It will be ready for collection from the Comms office in Woodbury on March 16 and 17.
What’s in the box?
You will receive a lovely, decorative box. The box will contain an interesting and carefully crafted collection of handmade items themed around ‘well-being and self-care’. The exact contents of each box may vary slightly depending on demand and availability of supplies, but our current list includes a handprinted card, lip balm, crochet decorations, a trinket tray, candles and gourmet brownies.

What if I want to give the box to someone with dietary requirements?
Let us know if you have dietary requirements and we’ll swap the baked goods with extra crafty goodies.
How much does it cost?
The box costs £15. Every penny goes to the Worcester Foodbank, the University’s Charity of the Year.
How do I pay?
You can make your payment on the Team Comms Charity Challenge fundraising page. It’s really easy to use. Screen grab your donation and let us know that you have paid by emailing communications@worc.ac.uk. If you are unsure about using the page, just let us know and we can advise you on alternative ways to pay.
When do I need to place my order?
We only have a limited number of boxes, which will be available through pre-orders on a first come, first served basis…so get your order in as soon as possible!
When can I collect my box?
The boxes will contain freshly baked items, so they will only be available for collection for two days before Mother’s Day. If you need to arrange a different collection time, let us know in advance and we can swap out the baked items for a longer lasting treat.
